AD-VA Solutions was founded by Kirsten Trenell.
Kirsten has spent over fifteen years working inside fast moving, high pressure environments across multiple sectors. She is known for stepping into unfamiliar situations quickly, understanding what actually matters, whilst bringing experienced, executive level foresight, oversight and execution to her work.
AD-VA sits between executive support, operational leadership and delivery, carrying the executive judgement, responsibility, behavioural awareness and expertise to build cultures, systems and ways of working that remain sustainable for the long term.
