This isn't a discovery call. It's a working session - structured, focused, meaningful, and designed to move something before you leave it.

How it works:

• Before we meet, you'll answer a few questions that help me understand what you're dealing with before we sit down.

• In the session, we get to the root of it - not the polished version, the real one. What's actually wrong, what's causing it, and what layer it's sitting at - whether operational, cultural, structural, human, or a mix of them all.

• You'll leave with immediate actions, one bigger recommendation, and a clear picture of what needs to shift - whether you work with AD-VA beyond that or not.

• Within 24 hours you'll receive a written summary of everything we covered - what was identified, what was recommended, and what the options are for next steps. Something you can actually use, regardless of what you decide.

• For neurodivergent founders and leaders, this session is also a space to think honestly about how your environment, structure and support could be better designed around how you actually operate; not how you've been told you should.

Most retained partnerships begin here. It's the fastest way to understand whether this is the right fit - for both of us.
