This isn't a discovery call. It's a working session - structured, focused, meaningful, and designed to move something before you leave it.
How it works:
Before we meet, you'll complete a short intake; three questions that help understanding and the shape of what you're dealing with before we sit down together.
In the session itself, we get to the root of it. Not the polished version. The real one. What's actually going on, what's causing it, and what layer it's sitting in currently -operational, cultural, structural, or human.
You'll leave with three immediate actions, one bigger recommendation, and a clear picture of what needs to shift - whether you work with AD-VA beyond that or not.
Within 24 hours you'll receive a written summary of everything we covered - what was identified, what was recommended, and what the options are for next steps. Something you can actually use, regardless of what you decide.
For neurodivergent founders and leaders, this session is also a space to think honestly about how your environment, structure and support could be better designed around how you actually work, not how you've been told you should.
